Monthly price is what the carrier quotes for the coverage amount, term length, and health class you picked, paid each month. Rate class is the underwriting category the quote is based on; the carrier sets it final during underwriting. Exam shows whether the carrier will request a paramedical exam or whether their accelerated program lets eligible applicants skip it. A.M. Best indicates the carrier's financial stability rating.
