The carrier sets the final rate, class, and eligibility once they review your full application. The policy the carrier actually issues is the legal agreement that counts.

Nothing you do on this site creates coverage. A quote request, an application, or a message to the agency does not mean you have insurance. Insurance only begins when a carrier issues a policy, you accept it, and you pay for it.
